Please preview, read, and prepare in advance!

Each week, you will participate in group supervision - including lectures, didactic training, group discussion, journal reviews, and the potential for professionals in the field of behavior/psychology in Ecuador to present as guest speakers.   As Program Directors, Tara and Anton are both available for individual supervision; your site coordinators are also a valuable resource and able to serve as supplemental supervisors.

You have the support of an experienced, invested, and committed team to help make your immersion experience both personally and professionally meaningful for each participant.

We do ask that you review the following readings & study guides, articles, and related program materials that are accessible via the following links:

  1. REQUIRED READINGS & ASSIGNMENTS - all participants are expected to read, review, & complete
  2. 2014 PROGRAM RESOURCES .- helpful information you may use at your work site
  3. POST IMMERSION PROGRAM READINGS & INFO - additional readings and information post EPPP

Please print and bring these with you, download to whatever device you may bring with you, or coordinate among your teams to disseminate the materials. Note that you will need to take and complete the implicit beliefs and biases online test (of your choosing) PRIOR TO JULY 1, and be prepared to discuss results based on the study guide.  Printing is costly in Ecuador, and with a large group size, we do ask that you prepare and review these in advance.  There will be limited copies of materials on-hand during each session.
